What if my denture can’t be repaired?
On Premium, if your full acrylic denture cannot be repaired, we make you a brand-new duplicate of your current denture, up to one per year.
Which dentures are covered?
Acrylic dentures, acrylic partials, and the acrylic parts and teeth of metal partials. Metal frames are excluded. Coverage applies only to enrolled appliances.
How long does a plan last?
Every plan runs for a twelve-month term and renews each year until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Submit a cancellation request in writing through our website contact form at least 30 days before your plan’s expiration date. Enrollment fees and fees already paid are non-refundable, and coverage stays active through the end of the term.
