What is a reline?
A reline reshapes the underside of your denture so it fits better and feels more comfortable. Standard and Premium include one reline each year.
Which dentures are covered?
Acrylic dentures, acrylic partials, and the acrylic parts and teeth of metal partials. Metal frames are excluded. Coverage applies only to enrolled appliances.
How long does a plan last?
Every plan runs for a twelve-month term and renews each year until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Submit a cancellation request in writing through our website contact form at least 30 days before your plan’s expiration date. Enrollment fees and fees already paid are non-refundable, and coverage stays active through the end of the term.
